Sue Stackhouse is a Registered Counselor in the State of Washington, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified Reiki (energy healing) Master teacher, and an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) specialist who uses a holistic mind/body/spirit approach with techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth. With 25+ years of experience as a counselor, healer, teacher, social justice activist, human rights advocate and ordained minister, she is experienced with individuals and couples from all walks of life with diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Sue provides transpersonal counseling for individuals and couples in life transitions, relationships, LGBTQI issues, gender identity, codependency, survivor issues, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, recovery and spirituality. She provides transpersonal hypnotherapy for a full range of issues including but not limited to health enhancement, smoking cessation, self-esteem, pain control, stress relief, anxiety/phobias, age regression and past life regression. Sue is also a Reiki Master teacher who offers energy healing sessions and teaches Reiki certification workshops Levels I, II and II. Reiki is a gentle, energy healing art that relieves/reduces pain and stress, balances energy, promotes relaxation, creativity, emotional release and self-healing capabilities.
Sue’s approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and respectful, honoring individual differences. She seeks to provide her clients with the best tools, services and resources available to facilitate healing on every level through the modalities of counseling, hypnotherapy, EFT and energy healing. A sliding scale may be negotiated on an individual basis so that fees do not stand in the way of providing services. Her office is in Bellingham.
